We usually arrive at your house about 7AM. We begin with a walk-around, making sure to protect the property from falling debris or other hazards before beginning work. As we tear off your old shingles, we inspect your decking and replace any trouble areas. By late morning we are installing the ice and water shield and synthetic underlayment. Most roofs are completed in one day, with larger roofs taking up to 2 to 3 days. Factors such as roof pitch and number of layers to be removed from existing roof, both play into how long the project takes.
